Will is the owner and operator of WB Property Management. He is a 20-year-old college student at Raritan Valley Community College majoring in Business Administration. He started this business when he was in high school with the goal of combining hard work, reliability, and hands-on experience to deliver high-quality outdoor services that customers can depend on. Being young has pushed him to build his reputation through consistency, effort, and results on every job he takes on.

Alongside his education, Will serves as a volunteer firefighter. This experience has taught him discipline, accountability, and the importance of performing under pressure. It has also strengthened his ability to work efficiently, stay focused, and always put safety and responsibility first—values he brings directly into his landscaping work.

He is also proud to be an Eagle Scout. Achieving this rank required years of dedication, leadership, and commitment to service. Through scouting, he developed a strong work ethic, respect for detail, and the importance of following through on every responsibility he takes on. These lessons continue to guide him both personally and professionally.
